Dr. Bo Evans is a Board-Certified Family physician and owner of Fountain Family Medicine, a comprehensive family medicine clinic founded in 2005.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology, he went on to complete a Masters in Biology and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Marshall University in 2002. He completed his residency training at St. Vincent's Family Medicine Program in Jacksonville, FL.

Dr. Evans is a member of the Florida and American Academies of Family Practice. His clinical interests include: Prevention and Wellness Medicine, Weight loss and Obesity, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Anti-Aging, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Mood disorders, Insomnia, Pulmonary and Musculoskeletal disorders.

'Dr. Bo' as his patients call him, is married with three children and when he is not at the office or home mowing the grass, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the water or in the great outdoors. He also enjoys a good game of chess!

Dana Harrington, ARNP joined Fountain Family Medicine in 2013 as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive background in family & internal medicine, pediatrics, weight loss, and hormone replacement. She is a full blooded "Osprey" who initially graduated with her BSN from the University of North Florida and then returned to complete her Master's of Science in Nursing at UNF's Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program in 2010.

Dana is a native of Jacksonville, living close by the office in Mandarin with her husband and 3 daughters. She loves spending time with her family, enjoys making custom wood furniture, vacationing, and lounging at the beach when she is not working.

Teri Tyer PA-C joined Fountain Family Medicine in January 2018. She graduated, with honors, from the University of Florida Physician Assistant Program in 1990. She has maintained her national certification as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA throughout her career.

Teri has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Medicine, but has special interest in promoting wellness, hormone & Women's health, weight loss and preventative medicine. She has practiced in Mandarin for the past 20 years and during this time has developed many strong relationships within the local medical community.

Teri has 4 adult children. She enjoys traveling, reading, the beach, working out and spending time with family and friends.
